At Artisan, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers across Pakistan.

Shipping Coverage

Artisan offers free shipping across Pakistan on all orders. No shipping charges are applied at checkout for standard delivery within Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation or tracking details via email or phone, where applicable.

Delays

Artisan is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will assist customers in tracking their shipments whenever possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Artisan will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Shipping

In case of a return:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning the product to Artisan.

  • Once the returned product is received and approved, Artisan will ship the replacement or exchanged item at its own cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Artisan customer support within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images for prompt assistance.
